Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup through your online account.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
